Shipping policy

At Eye Am Nu Designs & More our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. However, Due to Nature Hazzard weather we may experiences some delays in orders, so we ask that you please be patient or to please order in a timely matter.  Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Most order are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days
for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot
guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan
accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely
delivery.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time/Fulfillment: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturers Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery can be shorter depending on the delivery method chosen; however, usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product, UPS or Fed Ex. After processing and leaving the warehouse, depending on if you chose Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, First-Class Mail, Flat Rate Mail, or Standard Mail depending on Mail delivery selected items can take between 1, 3, 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from either UPS, USPS or Fed Ex with your tracking number once the order ships.
For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website.

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is
required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned
